Do you ship worldwide?

I currently only ship in Australia, but plan to change this soon. Watch this space!

 

Do you accept wholesale orders / custom soap requests?

Eventually, I will begin to offer my Palm Soap Range, Body Scrubs, Face Masks, Salt Scrubs and Sugar Scrubs. If you have an idea of a product you want, feel free to fill in a contact form and I will add it to the ideas list, I’m always looking for inspiration for new product ideas. 

However at this time I do not accept wholesale orders and do not cater for private labels. I will make an announcement on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube when this becomes available. When this does become available, it will only be on an Australian national basis.

 

Oops! I’ve mailed my package to the wrong address! Can you send a replacement?

I’m terribly sorry but no. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure your address is correct and, if a mistake has been made, to notify me within 24 hours so I can change it on the shipping label. Once the products leave my care, they are not my responsibility and I must therefore ask that you repurchase your order.

 

Do you send PR or free goodies to Bloggers, YouTubers, Etc.?

No, I do not but thanks for being interested in my company and I hope that you take the leap and invest in me a fellow creator! Feel free to let me know if you publish any blog posts, video reviews, Instagram posts, etc. so I can share on my social media too! You scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours!
